By creating an Avenue Mine account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Don't use Avenue Mine for anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform. Don't impersonate someone else. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you post (event descriptions, photos, proposals, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit it solely to operate the service. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload.
Bookings between customers and vendors are direct contracts between those two parties — Avenue Mine is the marketplace, not the contracting party. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Cancellation and refund policies are set by each vendor and disclosed in their proposal — review them before approving a booking. If you can't resolve a refund issue directly with a vendor, use our contact form and we'll help mediate.
The Avenue Mine name, logo, software, and content are owned by Avenue Mine and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as expressly permitted. The license you grant us over your content (section 4) does not transfer ownership.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that vendor information is accurate, that proposals will meet your expectations, or that events will proceed without issues. Use your judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenue Mine isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Avenue Mine is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
You can close your account at any time from the account settings page. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with notice when reasonable.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in advance by email and in-product. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
